Babeldaob or also known as Babelthuap is the largest island in Palau. It located in the western Caroline Islands and it is the second largest island in the Micronesia region of Oceania. This island is one of the most underdeveloped populated islands in the Pacific Ocean. This large island retains its rural character and you’ll find it more peaceful and away from the crowd.
The east coast offers beautiful beaches while the west coast has mangrove-studded shoreline. Most part of the island remain unexplored and is filled with jungle. Babeldaob offer some prime cultural, traditional and natural attractions such as waterfalls hidden somewhere inside a hilly and enigmatic sites.
